Modern-day gamer Chang Sheng is transported to a frost-covered otherworld, where he binds himself to a Red Alert game system. Starting as a conscript infantryman, he commands powerful forces, including Crimson Flame Agents, Apocalypse Heavy Tanks, Prism Tanks, Three-Barrel Rocket Launchers, and Giant Whale Airships. Leading humanity's nearly extinct tribes, he builds cities, mines resources, constructs bridges, and expands his army. Ultimately, through an overwhelming force of steel and the sacrifices of his team, he defeats the Ice Core Dragon and opens a sea route to a new continent.
