Record of the Young Chairman's Grassroots Training 2
Zhou Wang, the young chairman of Tianhe Group, quietly heads to Longteng Coal Mine for grassroots training, only to discover chaotic management, violations of workers' rights, and the repeated marginalization of Lin Xi, an upright technical professional. When he tries to report the problems, he faces obstruction and personal threats, putting him in grave danger. His secretary, Chen Zi, arrives in time to help, while Lin Xi also conceals a crucial trump card. Zhou Wang patiently lays his plans, joins forces with allies to investigate the widespread misconduct, and launches a comprehensive rectification campaign once his identity is revealed.
