Forest guardian A You and Bai Lingtu accompany a withered little sapling, facing environmental changes such as turbid stream water, hot wind, drought, cold rain, weeds, and pests. Through patient cleaning, watering, shielding, loosening the soil, and adjusting sunlight, they ultimately allow the sapling to grow robustly and cultivate flower buds, while also turning guardianship from single-point care into a long-term responsibility for the entire forest ecosystem.
