Despite the entire village's opposition, Lin Yuan spends 30,000 yuan to lease an abandoned mining lake that has been deserted for years and that everyone avoids. Zhou Daqiang, the owner of the neighboring fishing park, publicly mocks him and bets that he cannot keep even a single fish alive. Nobody knows that the special mineral mud at the bottom of the lake, combined with Lin Yuan's innovative ecological improvement techniques, can turn ordinary fish fry into enormous deep-water monsters capable of snapping fishing lines in just three days. When an internet-famous angler attempts to expose the place as a fraud, his fishing line is instantly snapped and his rod breaks, sending the video viral overnight. Soon, China's top anglers are lining up to reserve fishing spots. Lin Yuan transforms the abandoned lake into a premier giant-fish fishing destination and leads the entire village toward prosperity.
