Wealthy mother-in-law Gu Meihua unexpectedly catches her adopted son Lin Ze's scheme. He actually has the third party Fang Yao put on a dog skin to disguise herself as a pet and hide her in the home, planning to seize the Gu family's property after his wife Chen Qingqing gives birth to the child. Gu Meihua calmly sets up a series of traps, walking him like a dog and feeding him dog food, step by step exposing the two's conspiracy. At the full-month banquet, she publicly exposes that Lin Ze is not the Gu family's biological son, kicks them out penniless, and supports her newly delivered daughter-in-law Chen Qingqing to take over the group.
