Yu Jin has been imprisoned in the Shen family's old mansion since childhood. To protect herself, she pretends to be insane, endures humiliation, and bides her time until she sets her sights on Mo Yang, the immensely powerful heir of Jinzhou. She carefully devises a scheme and lures him in step by step, eventually getting Mo Yang to take her away from the Shen family. Using Mo Yang's influence, Yu Jin gradually destroys the Shen family. After her revenge is complete, Mo Yang suddenly pulls her into his arms and says in a deep voice, "Yu Jin, I'm willing to let you use me for the rest of my life." It turns out he has long known about her disguise and manipulation, yet he willingly walked into her trap and protected her all along.
