Music superstar Lin Feng unexpectedly transmigrates into the body of a penniless loser who was abandoned by his girlfriend, Zhang Jiajia. Facing a blacklist imposed by Jiuxing Entertainment and a united assault from the music industry, he is eliminated from the Youth Singing Contest through a rigged competition and turns to The Voice of Excellence. Armed with hit songs from his previous life, he repeatedly silences his critics and sweeps the music charts with ten songs, ultimately winning the championship. He also helps Qin Baobao reach the top of the Youth Singing Contest. When he reveals the identity of the “mysterious idol” in the final, the singers' alliance collapses completely. Just as his career is making a spectacular comeback, Lin Feng spots Zhang Jiajia on the contestant list for Super Girl, and the score from their past is about to be settled.
