In the winter snow disaster of 1988, mountain hunter Jiang Sihai was ruthlessly abandoned by his adoptive parents' family and thrown into the Corpse-Collection Ridge to feed wolves, while his wife and daughter were about to be sold in exchange for food. In a desperate situation, he fell off a cliff and was saved by the Golden Eagle King he had saved ten years ago, obtaining spiritual spring and vermilion fruit; his injuries healed completely and his strength increased greatly. Upon his return, he fought desperately to protect his wife and daughter, exposed the evil nature of the Jiang family, and formed a hunter team. Holding the secret of the spiritual spring, he led the villagers to fight against the famine and resist villains, upheld morality amidst hardships, huddled together for survival, and survived the cruel disaster.
