Nan Chu was originally an outstanding aerospace scientific research talent, who retired for love after marrying Fu Tingshen. In a car accident, Fu Tingshen saved his lover Su Yuning first, causing Nan Chu to painfully lose her twin children. To protect her father and brother who were in trouble, Nan Chu concealed the truth of the miscarriage and forged prenatal examination reports to get by. She endured all sorts of bullying from the Fu family, and even her children's ashes were thrown away as garbage. With the help of her senior fellow apprentice Wei Shaoyong and teacher Shen, Nan Chu reclaimed her scientific research identity, determined to break free from this suffocating marriage. Faced with Fu Tingshen's strong confinement, Su Yuning's and Fu Yanran's successive framed-ups, Nan Chu no longer endured in silence, fighting back step by step, determined to protect her family and take back everything that belonged to her.
