Fifteen Years of Fireworks, Not Equal to Five Thousand Old Favors
Zhou Yanchuan, the founder of Qiming Group, retired for fifteen years for the sake of his wife and son, leaving the company in the hands of his subordinates while he stayed home cooking and raising their child. He also quietly covered his mother-in-law's medical expenses and his wife's family's living costs. Yet his wife, Shen Zhiqiu, took everything for granted. To help her old friend Gu Mingxuan, she not only unilaterally withdrew 500,000 yuan from their joint savings but also repeatedly disregarded her husband's and son's feelings. Completely disillusioned, Zhou Yanchuan returns to the group. Only when he takes the stage as chairman at a highly anticipated product launch does Shen Zhiqiu realize that she has lost the man who silently protected their family for fifteen years.
