Hidden divine doctor's top disciple Ye Changfeng obeys his master's order to go down the mountain, walking hungry on the winding mountain road, and kicks to a stop a runaway Maybach, also kicking open the mystery of his own twenty-year-old life identity—turns out his real mother is that poisoned female CEO in the car. To protect his mother and investigate his father's murder, he willingly serves as a personal bodyguard for five million a month, saving people with a single silver needle and protecting his home with a pair of fists, tearing apart the hypocritical masks of Zhao Lishan, Qin Li, and Zhao Zixuan, and even going head-to-head with transnational capital tycoon Huo Liancheng. What he guards is not just a company, but his father's dying wish that "patients can afford medicine." In the end, the bad guys face justice.
