After Someone Snatched My Plane Seat, I Stood My Ground to the End
Mr. Wang paid for a business-class ticket, but after boarding, an unfamiliar woman demanded that he give up his seat, claiming she had a back injury. Unwilling to compromise, he paid an additional 3,580 yuan to upgrade to first class. However, the woman forcibly occupied his original business-class seat. When the crew persuaded her to return to her assigned seat, she became furious, falsely claiming that the two of them were married and encouraging passengers to film and spread defamatory videos. Mr. Wang kept audio recordings of the entire incident and worked with the airline to preserve cabin records. He then posted the facts online to set the record straight. After mediation and legal proceedings, the woman was ultimately forced to issue a public apology and pay compensation, and was also banned from flying with all airlines in the industry for one year.
