After the Rope Breaks, I Awaken to the Inner Voices of Ten Thousand Fish
An old fisherman receives a warning that his biological son is plotting against him and that going out to sea will put his life in danger. By chance, he gains the ability to communicate with marine creatures and safely catches precious seafood. When faced with his son's greed for the family property and deliberate attempts to harm him, he settles their family affairs publicly and draws a clear line between them, building a home by the sea on his own. He makes an agreement with the creatures of the ocean to protect the nearby coastal kelp resources together, relying on the sea to begin a new life.
