Gu Xiling inexplicably falls into a tower where anyone whose score drops to negative 100 is thrown into an abandoned, unregulated section where survival depends on killing one another. By day, factions scheme against each other; by night, players compete in Werewolf-style deduction games to earn points. Every conflict is a carefully staged show for the unseen spectators behind the scenes. Faced with self-serving players who will stop at nothing to suppress their rivals and improve their own odds, Gu Xiling is willing to exhaust her own resources and risk everything to open the prison of the abandoned section. She rescues Wen Ruan, who has survived against all odds, and Lu Ci, a powerful man who has been falsely accused. The four form a team, determined to break free from the tower's predetermined, cruel script. Carefully plotting every move, she steadily accumulates points until she finally opens the long-sealed door to the top floor.
