The industrial assets of Qinglong Bay, left behind by Lin Chuan's father, are schemed away by his uncle's family, leaving Lin Chuan with only a 12-mu stretch of barren Blackstone Mountain that everyone despises. Rather than giving in to despair, Lin Chuan and his mother unexpectedly discover precious ecological resources hidden in the mountain valley, including selenium-rich cold springs and rare wild mushrooms. Teaming up with enthusiastic neighbors, agricultural technicians, and outside business partners, Lin Chuan develops the woodland medicinal herb and mountain spring industries responsibly. When his uncle joins forces with outside investors to repeatedly make trouble and deliberately damage the resources, Lin Chuan stands firm on his principles. Armed with complete land-contract documentation and following proper procedures, he overcomes every crisis and leads the villagers in building a distinctive health and wellness cultivation base, forging a reliable path to prosperity through their natural environment.
