The Crown Prince Ascends the Throne and Forces Me to Yield the Phoenix Seat, This Dragon Chair Can Be Forgotten
At the enthronement ceremony, Crown Prince Xiao Chengyou ignored ancestral laws and regulations, flaglessly forcing the empress who had raised him for twenty years to yield the Phoenix Seat to his biological mother. Faced with the crown prince's ungratefulness and selfish coercion, the empress steadfastly guarded the baseline of ritual and law, and with the support of the Ministry of Rites and the Court of Imperial Clan Affairs, deposed this unqualified crown prince on the spot based on the late emperor's secondary decree. In the end, the upright Prince of Linchuan, who had guarded the nation's borders, succeeded to the grand unification, while the crown prince and his mother were stripped of their glory and heavily punished for their crimes.
