After his entrepreneurial venture failed in 2022, Chen Lichuan is reborn on the day his college entrance exams end in 2004. His father is throwing a lavish celebration for his son's admission to a third-tier undergraduate college, boasting to everyone, only to fall into a scam and lose the family's entire fortune from their electronics mall. Chen Lichuan must stop his parents from making reckless investments and outsmart the local thugs. Starting with selling Chinese-style stuffed egg pancakes, he opens a hot pot restaurant and a milk tea shop, seizes the opportunities of the times, and leads his whole family toward a prosperous life.
