Fishing village youth Chen Haisheng was pushed into the sea by Zhao Dayong, and is reborn back to 1985. Relying on memories from his past life, he goes beachcombing, catches bluefin tuna, ventures into Shark Bay to harvest sea cucumbers, matches wits and courage with local fishing tyrants Zhao Ergui and Zhao Dayong, and gradually wins the trust of the fishermen.
