In the autumn of 1978, Li Jianguo is reborn back to the age of twenty-five. In his past life, he missed out on the mushrooms of West River Beach, the contracting policies, and his younger brother's five-yuan tuition fee, living a life of poverty. This time he returns with his memories, harvesting mountain goods at night, establishing trust at the drying ground, starting a factory to recruit workers, and registering trademarks, sending the Beishan mountain goods all the way into export special trains. Given a second chance at opportunity, he lets not a single one go.
