Widowed mother Lin Tiemei spent twenty-eight years as a widow, supporting her older son through college and helping her younger son pay a down payment. But her two sons went to the city for ten years and never returned home once. It wasn't until the old house was demolished and news of the two million compensation fund arrived that the two sons hurriedly rushed back, their mouths full of demands for money. In her heartache, Lin Tiemei publicly announced that all two million would be donated to build a nursing home. A year later, the childless elderly woman Liu Guifang, whom she had cared for, found her CEO son, and President Lu secretly helped, allowing the two families to get through their difficulties. Out of guilt, the two couples begged on their knees for forgiveness. On New Year's Eve, the ten-year-long sentence the mother had been waiting for, "It's good that you're back," finally rang in her ears.
