On a stormy night, fisherman Lu Chenzhou rescues a three-year-old girl named Xixi who fell into the sea following a golden dragon. Since his family is already poor, his family members think it over and take her in. Xixi can sense the ocean, guiding Lu Chenzhou out to sea to catch fish, successively harvesting rare seafood, and the family's financial situation gradually improves. Facing Wu Wanshan's harassment, Xixi relies on her perception of the ocean to help Lu Chenzhou resolve crises one by one. Later, Lu Chenzhou discovers a precious lobster habitat, obtains approval for an eco-fishing permit, and successfully adopts Xixi. A deep-sea protection zone is established in this sea area, and Lu Chenzhou is hired as a deep-sea resource protection consultant.
