Luo Jianping, an experienced cold-storage repair technician, insists on replacing a faulty main control valve. However, his female boss, Su Man, looks down on him as someone with no real technical skills and drives him out of the company. That very night, after he leaves, the temperature in Manxian Youxuan's cold-storage facility rises, ruining 30 million yuan worth of goods. Desperate to protect her interests, Su Man repeatedly falsifies records, shifts the blame, and steals Luo Jianping's technical solutions, only to suffer one failure after another. Meanwhile, Luo Jianping joins Lin Hao Cold Chain, a company on the verge of bankruptcy. With his outstanding technical expertise and reliable data, he restores its cold-storage facilities and secures major contracts in pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, and ports. In the end, Su Man's company is shut down by authorities, while Luo Jianping establishes his own cold-chain group, rising from a humiliated repairman to an industry tycoon.
