Qin Chuan, a construction contractor, takes his fellow workers out for a meal, only to be deliberately mistreated by a restaurant owner who demands exorbitant fees for hot water and parking. The group turns instead to the humble Lin Family Restaurant, where Qin Chuan establishes clear pricing and a strict rule that payment and goods must be exchanged fairly. The owner of Yuan Yuan Grand Restaurant, desperate to win a canteen contract worth tens of millions, resorts to selling spoiled meat and deliberately sabotaging a competitor's business. When danger strikes, the workers stand together and expose the unscrupulous businessman's conspiracy with irrefutable evidence. In the end, justice prevails, and Qin Chuan and Lin Wanqiu remain together, demonstrating the admirable integrity of working people who stand tall, uphold fair trade, and refuse to exploit personal favors.
