After graduating, Ding Hao returns to his hometown and takes over an abandoned reservoir. Unexpectedly, he unlocks an Infinite Water Acceleration System that allows him to freely increase the flow of time within the water. Fish grow at astonishing speeds underwater, and enormous catches weighing hundreds or even thousands of jin begin to emerge. Once his fishing venue opens, anglers flock to the reservoir, where snapped fishing rods become an everyday occurrence and broken rods pile up like walls. Wang Hao, a greedy businessman, secretly plots to sabotage the reservoir, while his money-hungry second aunt causes trouble by secretly poisoning the water. Popular livestreamers with their own agendas take turns appearing, and a mutated carp that can talk adds even more excitement. As Ding Hao deals with crises and improves the fishing venue's facilities, he uses the accelerated reservoir to produce countless giant fish, sparking a nationwide fishing craze across the internet.
