Uncle, hiding in a supply and marketing cooperative in Northeast China, is seen by everyone as a cowardly and ordinary gatekeeper, but he actually possesses authentic Wing Chun. Belligerent in his early years, he brought disaster upon himself; after tragically losing his elder sister, he sealed his fists and withdrew from the world, raising his nephew Liangliang alone. Foreign businessman Yamamoto Zhendong, in order to annex the plot of land, successively resorted to despicable means such as coercion, kidnapping, and violence, successively taking away Uncle's junior sister and beloved Xu Bing, heavily striking his body and mind. Uncle, plunged into despair, wakes up and comes to his senses after being awakened by Liangliang, who has regained consciousness from a coma. Uncle and nephew are each other's light, and Liangliang's purity heals Uncle's wounds all over his body. When Liangliang is bullied and falls into distress, Uncle props up a reliance for him with gentle protection. The uncle and nephew heal each other in a two-way redemption.
