Gongyuan Street's Zhou's Sticky Rice Porridge adheres to its original intention to cook Ji Di porridge, relieving the poor examining scholar Wen Yan. The corrupt merchant Qian Man-Cang uses diseased and dead offal and banned medicinal powders to make fake porridge, colludes with officials to seize the market, and frames Zhou's, causing Zhou A-Fu to be wrongfully imprisoned and put into jail. Shen Meng-Yan and Zhou He unite with informed witnesses to collect a complete set of criminal evidence.
