Chen Dajun is originally an "honest man" at the bottom of society who repeatedly suffers fraud. Under multiple blows of being framed by his boss, betrayed by his wife, and raising a son for someone else, he jumps from a building to commit suicide, but unexpectedly activates the "Scammed Refund System". Since then, he transforms into an "ATM" that makes scammers tremble in fear. By cooperating with beggars, marriage scams, vicious bosses, and various other scams, he achieves an exponential growth in wealth. Finally, he single-handedly takes down a scam park, recovers tens of billions of illicit funds, and forms an indissoluble bond with the female CEO Su Wanqing who "hates foolishness".
