The story takes place at Xinglan Arts School. Retired elder president Gu Mingshan and his wife return to the school and want to use the restroom, but are arrogantly blocked by Su Manqi, the vice president of the student union. Lin Xiaoman, a work-study student, speaks up righteously, but gets targeted instead. Gu Xingci, the newly appointed executive director of the board, steps in to investigate, step by step uncovering the internal privilege culture and procurement process loopholes of the student union. After going through suspension and job rotation, Gu Xingci works hand in hand with Lin Xiaoman to patch institutional loopholes and clean up the school's unhealthy tendencies. Just as old problems have been cleared up, hidden dangers have not yet been completely eliminated. Can the arts school truly usher in a clear and upright school atmosphere?
