Modern traditional Chinese medicine student An Yue transmigrates into the wilderness beast world through a prenatal journey, becoming a frail little white fox cub. Unable to speak and relying solely on her paws to gesture, she discovers salt, sugar, and herbs, teaches the tribe how to air-dry meat and stockpile provisions, heals injured clansmen, and leads the Shengqi Tribe in surviving a terrifying cold season. The entire clan views her as an emissary of the Beast God, while the vicious beast Black Teng the giant snake lurks in the shadows as crisis quietly approaches.
