Eight-year-old girl Guoguo is left by her mother with her grandfather, living together with her stubborn, wheelchair-bound older brother He Chuan. At this time, the He Family's Small Restaurant run by grandfather is facing a crisis. The fast-food restaurant opposite snatches away a large number of customers at low prices, and even takes away the meal delivery order for the auto parts city. Facing malicious competition and desolate business, He Shouyi insists on using fresh ingredients and never cuts corners. As the food safety issues of the low-priced fast food are exposed, the He Family's Small Restaurant regains customers by virtue of its reputation and wins back the order. In one storm after another, Guoguo also gradually melts her older brother's cold heart. What the three grandparents and grandchildren guard is not just a small restaurant, but also the warmth of family affection and home.
