Complete strangers Shi Wei and Lian Jinqi are chosen by a mysterious cross-border adventure game and thrown into a futuristic battlefield to participate in a seven-day defense battle. Thinking it is a survival trial of fighting monsters to earn points, the two awaken their exclusive talents and fight side by side, successively slaughtering low-tier insect swarms, mid-tier beasts, and even high-tier hive mother beasts. However, starting on the fourth day, "new alien forms" suddenly attack, yet the kill rewards are consistently unable to be credited. When Shi Wei desperately removes his helmet to verify, he is horrified to discover a terrifying truth.
