Qin Muhai, a refrigeration technician at Donggang Oceanic Cold Storage, is ostracized and suspended by manager Zhao Zihao for isolating tuna with abnormal temperature readings, as Zhao prioritizes cutting costs. After Qin leaves, Zhao illegally mixes cargo, falsifies temperature records, and uses substandard cold-chain equipment, causing an entire shipload of tuna for sashimi to spoil and resulting in over 20 million in bad debts. Donggang instead shifts all responsibility for the disaster onto Qin. Qin joins Xingwan Cold Chain, a struggling company, where he overhauls noncompliant storage facilities and upholds genuine temperature-control standards. At an industry conference, he presents complete evidence exposing Donggang's fraud and cover-up. In the end, he leads Xingwan to secure an annual contract as a premium supplier, proving that those who uphold the industry's standards will eventually earn respect.
