In 2099, in Xinglan City, the capital of the Northern Alliance, Jiang Yang, head of core AI research at Lingyun Group, develops the Nebula system. Zhao Sheng of Risheng Group, whose fortune was built on war profiteering, fears the threat it poses and orders Jiang Yang hunted down.
