Bai Yuan had an online romance in a game with He Yanchuan. During a video call, she happened to have an allergic face swelling, and He Yanchuan mistakenly thought she was ugly, blocking her with a retaliatory mindset before meeting in person. After entering university, Bai Yuan reunited with He Yanchuan who used a pseudonym. He Yanchuan was attracted by a candid photo of Bai Yuan, but the photo was falsely claimed by her roommate Su Xiaolu. Su Xiaolu had a crush on He Yanchuan and secretly harmed Bai Yuan continuously to cause her recurrent allergies. After the truth was exposed, He Yanchuan suddenly woke up and turned back to pursue Bai Yuan, and was decisively rejected by Bai Yuan.
