Qinglan Village is remote and desolate. Its old sign has fallen, and bus service has been suspended, making it seem as though the village is about to disappear from the map. Lin Zhao, a young man returning to his hometown, brings his camera back to the village. He faces doubts from the villagers, idle resources, and videos that attract no viewers, but finds his direction in an abandoned drying ground, traditional crafts, and authentic mountain scenery. Together with his companions, he repairs old roads, documents village life, improves the environment, and standardizes local agricultural products, gradually bringing the village into public view. In the end, young people who originally planned to leave choose to stay and build their home together, as the entire village joins forces to raise a new signpost.
