Lu Jingchuan is a gifted watchmaker who has worked tirelessly for three years at Hengchang Watch Shop, owned by his second uncle, turning a struggling business into one that earns a net profit of one million yuan. However, the promised 30% share of the profits amounts to just 30,000 yuan. Furious, he walks away and opens his own shop in a small alley, staying true to his principles: restoring old watches to their original condition and never deceiving customers.
