Ancient evil-exorcising master Chen Mo accidentally time-travels to the year 3011 during a mission, where humans and demons coexist. He meets the cat demon Liu Xiaoman, joins the Tianheng Bureau to jointly fight against restless primitive fierce beasts. By chance, Chen Mo meets his grandfather, sealed in the demon-beating stick and waiting for thousands of years, and learns the ancestral martial arts. Liu Xiaoman crosses paths with her mother's murderer Chimie, and a great battle is on the verge of breaking out, while the Black Spirit King's forces are also about to strike.
