Modern surgeon Zhao Wuji accidentally time-travels and becomes the eunuch little Ji-zi in the Ming Dynasty imperial palace. Relying on an against-the-heavens system that accumulates energy values through emotional fluctuations, he serves in the deep palace by day and time-travels back to modern times by night to go on shopping sprees and make money. From a night-soil-disposing chore eunuch, he all the way counterattacks to become a behind-the-scenes boss carrying a portable space, owning a ninth-rank master group, and connecting with 400,000 iron cavalry, vowing to become an ancient emperor, the kind of emperor through the ages.
