Fifty-two-year-old restaurant owner Gu Zhiyuan goes on a blind date and meets Fang Yaqin, a corporate group chairperson who deliberately disguised herself as an impoverished live-in nanny. Fang Yaqin wanted to screen out fortune-hunting suitors this way, but didn't expect Gu Zhiyuan to treat her with true sincerity, willing to take out his lifetime savings of 240,000 to help her save her "seriously ill mother," defying his daughter's strong opposition to choose a flash marriage. After marriage, Gu Zhiyuan's sincere and righteous character completely touches Fang Yaqin. The two must handle their children's doubts and various family-arranged tests while slowly adjusting to each other amidst ordinary daily life, staging a middle-aged remarriage story full of laughter and warmth.
