On a freezing winter night, young Chen Yanzhou walks into a noodle shop with his little sister, carrying only two yuan. The kind-hearted shop owner, Wu Xiulan, and her husband, Zhao Dewang, serve the siblings hot noodles and lend them a helping hand when they are at their most desperate.
