Lin Chen has spent ten years working at Kaijiang Garment Factory, and has long considered the factory his home. But unexpectedly, the boss's daughter, Su Wan, suddenly arrives at the company with her so-called MBA classmate, Raj. Armed with a set of supposedly international management policies, they push Lin Chen into a dusty warehouse to work. Everyone assumes he will simply accept his fate. Instead, he silently builds a new team and gathers together the distributors that Kaijiang has discarded, one by one. Before long, the entire situation is turned upside down.
