Veteran soldier Zhou Yi is transported to a prehistoric deserted island, where he starts with nothing but a stone cave. Relying on his system-granted Beast Tamer profession, he tames prehistoric beasts, including a Triceratops named Xiao San and a Titan Python named Xiao Hei, rapidly developing his strength through hunting and trading his catches. After burning down a snake nest with a single fire and monopolizing its enormous resources, Zhou Yi becomes a wanted man with a bounty on his head from the regional overlord, the Fireseed Alliance. While evading their pursuit, he trades with primitive tribes for energy stones and crafts excellent-grade heavy armor and spears, becoming overwhelmingly stronger than the Alliance's members. Ultimately, Zhou Yi rides a dinosaur into battle with a spear in hand, massacres the encircling coalition forces, defeats the Alliance leader Li Yan, and establishes himself as the strongest survivor on the deserted island.
