In the 'Warm Sun Pet Community' on the edge of a human city, all animals are graded by breed, market value, and IQ. Because he always has a silly smile, loves to howl, can't shake hands, and can't do math, Husky Ha Xiaobei is universally recognized as 'the silliest dog in the whole neighborhood.' No one knows that he used to be the chief instructor of the Northern Frontier Sled Rescue Team, having saved thirty-seven avalanche victims. After retiring due to injury, he concealed his identity, just wanting to live an ordinary life and accompany human little girl Duoduo as she grows up. Until the neighborhood successively encounters fires, poisoning, and poison gas crises, Ha Xiaobei has to step in secretly time and again. In the end, his identity is exposed, and all the animals in the neighborhood are shocked silly.
