Led by his master Zhang Dashan, the heaven-swallowing dog Wangcai reports to the 749 Bureau. On the road abroad, they encounter the mountain god Hydra destroying the highway, along with members of the Nine-Beast Village who plunder wealth under the guise of the mountain god. Wangcai transforms and eats Hydra. Zhang Dashan is misunderstood by accompanying tourists and taken by the Nine-Beast Village to the mountain god's altar for sacrifice, engaging in a fierce battle with the High Priest and Hydra. Zhang Dashan is unfortunately hit, petrified, and turns into powder. Ultimately, Wangcai releases divine power to merge with Zhang Dashan into one man-dog entity, transforming into the Molten Dog War God, defeating the Great Elder and Hydra in one fell swoop, and safeguarding the peace of the region!
