Five-year-old child An An can understand animal language, returns to her hometown with her veterinarian mother Su Tang, and runs the near-bankrupt Warm Claws Pet Clinic. A white tiger stuck with a barbecue skewer, an acting orange cat, a gossipy parrot, and an abandoned stray dog bring troubled animals to their side. An An understands their inner voices, Su Tang uses medical skills to find the cause of the illness, and mother and daughter bring the clinic back to life amidst warm treatment. The old yellow dog appears again, and the medical incident that caused the decline of Warm Claws over a decade ago surfaces. The scents, sounds, and old stories remembered by animals piece together the covered-up truth. In the end, they not only keep the clinic, but also clear the long-standing stigma of their deceased grandfather.
