Li Xu, a core algorithm engineer at Qihang Technology, spent five years of hard work to develop the "Beidou Heart" algorithm which supported the company's listing, but only received a 0.01 yuan year-end bonus. The company also attempted to lure him with a salary raise to sign a twenty-year slave contract and plunder his patents. Li Xu resolutely resigned, played a game of wits with the company relying on his patent ownership, withstood public opinion smears, family pressure, and other offensives, and finally forced the company to agree to his demands of giving him 30% original shares, a public apology from the chairman, and the dismissal of relevant responsible persons, successfully defending his own rights and dignity.
