After his company goes bankrupt, Jiang Chen, in a desperate situation, takes his wife and daughter back to the fishing village to turn to his eldest brother, but is blocked at the door and driven out of the house by his eldest brother and sister-in-law, only getting back a dilapidated old house and a rotten fishing boat. He picks up an ancestral wooden plaque on the boat, awakens the Dragon King heritage, can make marine life bigger and stronger, and can also breathe underwater and sense deep sea treasures. Every time Jiang Chen goes fishing, he can fill his boat to the brim, with brocade lobsters, wild large yellow croakers, sea cucumbers, and so on. The top sea goods that others cannot get no matter how much they beg, Jiang Chen can fish out a whole boatful with a single catch. He buys a forty-five-meter pelagic giant ship, establishes a fishery company, leads the villagers to common prosperity, and makes everyone who looked down on him at the beginning can only look up.
