Lu Yuan, a young man from the modern era, travels back in time to ancient times and awakens an all-purpose, god-tier RV system. Along the way, he encounters Luo Chuyi, the blind former female emperor of the previous dynasty, who was framed by Ji Wudao and is being sent into exile. Witnessing the refugees endure hunger, cold, and suffering, Lu Yuan resolves to protect everyone. As corrupt officials, bandits, ferocious beasts, and deadly poisonous miasma threaten them at every turn, Lu Yuan relies on the RV's modern supplies, medical resources, and infrastructure technology to treat the wounded, provide food, and build shelters, overcoming one crisis after another and winning the loyalty of soldiers and followers from all walks of life. Upon reaching Ningguta, Lu Yuan opens up wasteland, develops irrigation systems and workshops, establishes medical stations, and implements fair distribution. With advanced medical treatment restoring Luo Chuyi's eyesight, the two put aside their ambitions for power and join forces to build a force dedicated to protecting the people.
