The vegetable greenhouses in Qinghe Village are plagued by recurring water shortages and uncontrollable greenhouse temperatures. As the villagers move from conflict and distrust toward cooperation, they identify the root causes of the equipment failures, bring supply accounts into order, and renovate the outdated irrigation system.
