Six-year-old Suisui wakes up after sleeping for five hundred years. Tricked by her stingy master, she holds a bamboo strip used for scratching that is actually the God-Beating Whip, and carries a ragged cloth bag as she goes down the mountain to search for her seven little pets who have run away from home. Just as the family reunites for dinner, the heavenly court of the upper realm issues an imperial decree demanding Suisui. Her stingy master sneers, snaps the divine sword, and takes Suisui and the seven great demon lords, embarking on a rebellious path of storming the nine heavens to collect a debt.
